Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) with Dutch
Responsibilities:
- Communication with B2B clients via phone and email;
- Consult clients about the social media products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
- Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction on the system;
- Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and efficient solutions;
- Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients and partners.

Requirements:
- Fluent level of Dutch;
