Main Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups with players.
- Promote products, campaigns, and entertainment options.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales targets.

RequirementsÖ
- Native level Slovak (C2).
- Strong English skills (C1).
- Goal-driven, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented with a strong interest in proactive communication.
- Experience in the Casino/Sports industry is an advantage.
