Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients via phone and email
• Responding to user inquiries and requests, and discussing individual cases
• Managing ongoing matters by recording information about each interaction in the system
• Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and effective solutions
• Offering general guidance and support to clients and partners in resolving issues

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of the German (C1)
• Good computer skills
• Customer service experience will be an additional asset
• Strong communication skills and motivation to achieve goals
