Customer Relations Specialist with German
Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients via phone and email
- Responding to user inquiries and requests, and discussing individual cases
- Managing ongoing matters by recording information about each interaction in the system
- Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and effective solutions
- Offering general guidance and support to clients and partners in resolving issues

Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of the German (C1)
- Good computer skills
- Customer service experience will be an additional asset
- Strong communication skills and motivation to achieve goals
